Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You may use LEK Mentor only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Information you provide must be accurate and kept reasonably up to date.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use LEK Mentor for your personal, non-commercial educational use. This license does not transfer ownership of the app, software, content, or underlying intellectual property.

3. Educational Use Only

LEK Mentor provides study materials, test sessions, explanations, progress tracking, and other educational features to support exam preparation. The app is not medical advice, not clinical guidance, and not a substitute for licensed professional judgment. You must not rely on the app for emergency, diagnostic, or treatment decisions.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription prices, billing periods, free trials, renewal terms, and availability may vary by storefront or offer. In-app purchases are billed by Apple through your App Store account.

Unless you cancel in time under Apple rules, subscriptions may renew automatically. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account subscription settings. Purchase restoration may be available through the app.

We may rely on RevenueCat and App Store subscription data to determine entitlement status. Access to paid features may be limited, suspended, or corrected if purchase validation fails, billing issues occur, or a transaction is reversed or refunded.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• copy, resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit the service or its content;
• share accounts or provide account access to unauthorized third parties;
• reverse engineer, probe, interfere with, or attempt to bypass app security or subscription controls;
• use bots, scraping tools, or automated means to extract content or metadata from the service;
• upload or submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful material;
• use the service in a way that could damage, disable, overload, or impair the app or backend.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

The app interface, design, branding, databases, content selection, software, and educational materials made available through LEK Mentor are protected by intellectual property laws. Except where mandatory law allows otherwise, you may not copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, translate, create derivative works from, or otherwise use protected content outside the app without permission.

7. AI and Explanatory Content

Some explanations or educational aids may be generated, adapted, or enhanced with automated tools. Such material is provided for study support only and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information. You remain responsible for independently verifying material against authoritative exam and academic sources.

8. Availability, Updates, and Changes

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time. We may also release updates, patches, or minimum-version requirements necessary for security, compatibility, or product improvements.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused the service, created risk for other users, or if continued operation becomes unlawful or impractical.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEK Mentor is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absolute accuracy, or that the service will always be error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Consumer Rights and Platform Terms

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law. If you download LEK Mentor from the Apple App Store, your use may also be subject to Apple's applicable terms, policies, and platform rules.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
